Hey guys! I'm seeing 1964-The Tribute on Friday for the second time! Except we're ALOT closer to the stage then last time! Me and my friend (whos a boy, and dont get ANY ideas) and our moms (remember that im a kid) are seeing it. Me, being the beatle freak I am, was kinda ticked off about how they preformed Help! and Yellow Submarine and other things like that. I kept telling my mom "THATS FROM 1965!" And then, get ready for this cloudninegirl, the "George" tried to do that leg-thing where he kinda kicks it out (you know what I mean). He did it on the Ed Sulivan Show (the real George). Anyway, IT WAS TERRIBLE! HOW DARE HE TRY TO ATTEMPT A "GEORGE ONLY" TYPE OF THING!!! Anyway, this time I hope they come to their senses.

Oh yeah, and they were wearing wigs. And I think "Paul" got a bunch of plastic surgery on his face. Anyway, the guys looked like they were 40 years old.

****lol**** well that's tribute bands for ya.
I find them kinda tacky, but I haven't seen any myself, so I can't really judge.
It would be better if they just played the songs to their best ability and talent than to pretend they're actually The Beatles. It just won't work. No one can 'act' out The Beatles.
I'd rather see originality.

Ive seen dozens of these Beatle tribute bands..some are quite good and some suck! But its nice that these people idolize the Beatles so much they devote their lives to being just klike them!!!

I've seen "Rain", which is supposed to be the best Beatle's tribute. They were OK, I guess. My mom said the guy sung like Paul and kinda looked like him. I totally disagreed, because he didn't look like Paul at all. That is, I dont think Paul has a mole. ;D
The "John" sounded like he had marshmellows stuck up his nose and George, well George didn't even look like George. The Ringo had the whole nose thing goin' but that was about it. I guess it was good, but I've heard people say that 1964- The Tribute is the best Beatles tribute. And thats a lie.
Anyway, I think I was the only one who knew "Across the Universe" (its one of my favorites) and after I was done singing with the John, I started to get used to geting odd glares from 60 year old men ;D

That John looks kinda good, unlike the others.
About Ringo, well, he's short like he's supposed to be!
