The Beatles has always impressed me in their way of music. Paul Mccartney and John Lennon must be two of the greatest musicians in history, just comming up with great melodies like that! Lennon however, is the strongest of the Beatles, in my opinion. Even my father, who is a huge Beatle fan, consider Paul to be the greatest. I mean, sure, Paul Mccartney has gave us a lot of hits. I mean no harm against Paul, or Ringo or Harrisons who all are great musicians. Its just that John is more immense as a human. He started the Beatles, and he was always the wisest, and oldest. He had maybe not the sweetest look, but always the sweetest voice. And he had already at the beginning a big plan for peace. While Paul makes such good pop, John is more into the expermiental side of their music. Look what John gave us Come Together All you need is Love Across the Universe Hapiness is a warm gun Strawberry Fields Forever The lists goes on. I always thought Paul was more into piano, but then Imagine suprised me big time. Haha, John Lennon is one of the greatest humans in history. ;D So, be sure to debate. Do you think something else, and if so: why?

It's uncomfortable to compare them to each other, because they're so different. John is great. Paul is great as well. They're both fantastic and made up The Beatles, and we can't knock one of them off to make what they did now.
John wouldn't reach either songwriting or guitar-playing without Paul, and we all know it. Paul wouldn't reach these breathtaking successes if it weren't for John either. They're two halves of a whole, they're connected and bonded, and you can't break them at all. And that's why they took over the world.
And so it's weird to compare them and decide who's the greater one since they can't live without the other anyway. ;D
