I like looking for freeware...I can find (almost) anything you're looking for.
Tip: NEVER buy an expensive program if there is a good free alternative. ;D

 Can you find me a Free Image Editing program? Well, it's one that you had sent me before! The desktop thumbnail looks like it's gray/silver. And there's an eye in it. It's something called like "Free Image Editor"

There's so many better open source/freeware programs out there with much better quality and you won't even have to pay a dime!  I actually once had thought about buying the Full Version of Paint Shop Pro.  Even though I can't afford it.  I still don't have a copy. The old one I had was "corrupted" |

I actually once had thought about buying the Full Version of Paint Shop Pro. 
Even though I can't afford it.
